Contract Delivery Manager
Location: Belfast | Company Vehicle Provided | Competitive Salary + Bonus + Benefits
Responsibilities
* Lead, mentor, and develop a team of supervisors and operatives, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
* Oversee the delivery of all repair and maintenance contracts within your region.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as their main point of contact.
* Manage budgets, monitor costs, and work closely with the commercial team to maximize profitability.
* Provide regular progress and financial reports to senior management.
* Identify opportunities for contract extensions, additional work, and new client relationships.
* Support the bidding and tendering process as required.

Who we're looking for
* NVQ or equivalent qualification in a trade, Construction Management, Site Supervision, or related field
* Proven experience in a supervisory role within repairs & maintenance or construction
* Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry practices
* SMSTS certification
* CSCS (black/white card)
* Proficiency in IT & project management software
* Full UK driving licence
