In this role, you will have the opportunity to:? Co-pilot with the General Manager, EMEA/APAC Sales to develop, drive and enablecommercial growth and strategic business development opportunities throughout the region? Drive and maintain forecasting and budget processes that accurately predict futureperformance. Develop multiple scenarios to anticipate potential market changes and preparecontingency plans. Establish clear performance metrics and regularly review them to ensurealignment with business goals. and motivate actions to ensure the business achieves itstargets? Identify and monitor KPIs that are critical to business success. Use dashboards to visualizedata and track progress. Conduct root cause analysis for any deviations from targets andimplement corrective actions promptly. Compare performance against industry benchmarksto identify areas for improvement.? Develop, implement, and maintain accurate reporting, control and forecast process tosupport decision making? Leverage best practices from the Danaher Business System to streamline financialprocesses. Implement standardized procedures across the organization. Provide training tostaff on new processes and tools to ensure smooth implementation. Identify and eliminateinefficiencies in financial processes to improve overall productivity.? Conduct special analysis and projects as per Senior Finance Director guidance. Use projectmanagement tools to track progress and ensure timely completion of special projects. Fostercollaboration between different departments to gain diverse perspectives and insights.Ensure that special projects align with the overall strategic goals of the organizationThe essential requirements of the job include:? Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA) and/or; Bachelor's degree required(major/concentration in Finance/Accounting/Business or related field preferred, but notrequired.? Post Qualified 7-10 years' experience of working within a commercial business with aninternational remit? Operating in commercial and technical aspects of finance, drive and sustain change andskilled at operating within a fast-paced, high growth organization.? International experience working within a matrix environment? Advanced skills in all Microsoft Office Applications, particularly Excel and working in anintegrated ERP system such as SAP.? Ability to work independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations? Very good written and spoken EnglishIt would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:?
