Overview
Sales Manager role at TipTopJob, based in Leicestershire with travel across the UK as required. Full time.
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a team of 5–6 sales/design consultants.
* Run daily huddles and weekly sales meetings with clear targets.
* Monitor and improve conversion rates across all stages of the sales pipeline.
* Implement consistent follow-up and accountability systems.
* Coach team members to close deals with confidence and professionalism.
* Ensure proposals and presentations are delivered to brand standards.
* Report on KPIs and pipeline performance to the Managing Director.
* Work with Marketing to align campaigns/lead generation with sales targets.
* Recruit, onboard, and develop sales talent as the business scales.
Qualifications
* Proven experience leading a sales team (preferably in home improvement, property, design, or luxury services).
* Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
* Excellent communication, coaching, and people management skills.
* Ability to analyse numbers, spot gaps, and fix them.
* Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
* Accountability-driven mindset.
About the Offer
* Salary: GBP 50,000–GBP 60,000 base + performance bonus (OTE GBP 60,000–GBP 90,000+).
* Location: Leicestershire, UK (with travel across the UK as required).
