Key Responsibilities
1. Supporting class teachers in planning and delivering learning activities
2. Working with individuals and small groups to reinforce learning
3. Helping maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment
4. Assisting with classroom organisation and preparing resources
5. Monitoring student progress and reporting to teachers
6. Promoting good behaviour and supporting pupils' social and emotional development
Essential Requirements
7. Enhanced DBS certificate (child ONLY) already held, or the ability to obtain one immediately
8. Right to work in the UK (valid documentation)
9. Ability to provide satisfactory references covering previous relevant work or voluntary experience
10. Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
Desirable (but not essential)
11. Experience working in secondary schools or with young people
12. Experience of working one-to-one or with small groups
13. Experience of supporting students with SEN / behavioural needs
14. Any relevant qualification or training in education or child support
