As a Multi Trade Operative you will be:
* Carrying out a range of maintenance tasks including plumbing, carpentry, tiling, painting and patch plastering
* Completing reactive repairs within occupied and tenanted properties
* Delivering high-quality workmanship across social housing projects
I'd love to speak to anyone who has:
* Previous tiling experience within the social housing sector
* Experience carrying out a variety of property maintenance tasks
* An NVQ or equivalent qualification in a relevant trade (desirable)
* Van with the ability to fit larger materials (desirable)
