We are recruiting DEI &Wellbeing Manager to coordinate a range of impactful programmes, events, and communications, while managing key data, stakeholder relationships, and operational processes. From supporting our Inclusion Networks and maintaining intranet content to preparing award submissions and responding to external queries, youâll play a vital role in embedding inclusive practices and promoting wellbeing across the organisation. Our standard working hours are 9.30am-5.30pm, however, we are happy to consider flexible working requests. Candidate Overview We are looking for candidates who ideally hold the following skills and experience: Experience on working with DEI or Wellbeing Strategic Programme Support Develop and deliver a range of DEI and Wellbeing initiatives aligned with organisational strategy Plan and execute events, campaigns, and engagement opportunities across UK offices and virtually Prepare award submissions and benchmarking materials to showcase our DEI and Wellbeing achievements Information & Data Management Collaborate with Business Development and Client Relationships teams to maintain client engagement lists Track DEI - related BD activities and measures impact Collate feedback from events and initiatives, generate reports and identify opportunities for improvement Communications & Engagement Manage internal and external queries related to DEI and Wellbeing Work closely with Internal Communications and BD teams to ensure effective promotion of DEI Initiatives Financial & Administrative Manage monthly budgets and payments in collaboration with Finance and line managers What happens next?
