JOB DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised operations team member to join our implementation team at NOQ. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships post-contract signing until the handover to the Account Management and Customer Support teams. This role involves managing the end-to-end implementation of both software and hardware solutions, ensuring all aspects of setup, configuration, and deployment are delivered smoothly. Responsibilities include effective communication with clients and sub-clients, understanding the scope of work, setting up software and hardware, and ensuring that client expectations are effectively communicated to the relevant internal teams. Type of Employment: Full-time Salary: £30,000-£35,000 Location: London - office-based Start Date: ASAP RESPONSIBILITIES: Understand client requirements in collaboration with the sales team Complete client scoping files and liaise directly with clients to gather software requirements Set up software and hardware according to client specifications Coordinate hardware deliveries, collections, and asset tagging Maintain accurate inventory records and create packing lists Manage post-event reconciliation and billing coordination with the Finance team Manage lost/damaged hardware, including handling insurance claims Collaborate with Account Management and Customer Support teams to relay client requirements Ensure implementation pipeline cleanliness Communicate hardware requirements with the Finance team Organise travel and accommodation as needed and conduct team accreditations for events Ensure on-site team readiness and provide on-site support when necessary Assisting to the updating and creation of customer support guidelines REQUIREMENTS: Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills Accountable, reliable, and team-oriented Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Strong customer-facing communication skills Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities Flexibility in adapting to evolving operational needs Understanding of the festival and event industry Experience in inventory and stock management This role is pivotal in maintaining seamless operations and ensuring client satisfaction at NOQ.
