Teaching Personnel is seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Teachers to work across a range of primary and secondary schools in the West Berkshire area.
This role is ideal for qualified teachers who enjoy flexibility, variety, and the opportunity to make a positive impact in different school settings — whether you’re looking for occasional days or more regular supply work.
The Role:
Delivering pre-planned lessons across your chosen key stages
Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
Creating a positive and engaging learning environment
Adapting quickly to different schools and classroom settings
Providing feedback to schools at the end of the day
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Confidence teaching across your preferred key stage(s)
Strong classroom management skills
Flexibility, reliability, and a positive attitude
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply through Teaching Personnel)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
