We’re looking for a hands-on Network Support Engineer to join our client’s IT team in Norwich, providing vital support for 24/7 onshore and offshore operations. This is a practical, varied role covering installation, configuration, troubleshooting, monitoring, and seeing jobs through from start to finish. Office-based Mon–Fri in Norwich with regular UK site/offshore travel. Includes on-call rota for critical events.
