Overview
The Cumberland is offering a contract: full time, salaried position with a salary of £45,000 per annum plus service charge. Located between Oxford Street and Marble Arch, near Hyde Park, with 900 rooms, bars, a restaurant, meeting rooms and accessible facilities. The role is suitable for someone seeking an authentic music hotel experience and a dynamic guest-facing leadership position.
What You’ll Be Doing
As our Bar Manager, you will manage all operational aspects of the bars, including revenue, stock control, recruitment, and staff scheduling. You will create an inviting atmosphere where guests and team members feel valued and engaged, coach the team to deliver exceptional guest moments, and ensure quality is maintained across all service. You will also oversee pop-ups at extraordinary events and manage our Starbucks van located in the lobby.
