What you’ll be doing
You will use your skills and experience to carry out a mixture of plumbing and general maintenance tasks in domestic and commercial properties across Wiltshire. Ensuring high-quality work, health and safety compliance, and excellent customer service.
Within the role you will -
* Perform plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance including pipework, fittings, and heating systems.
* Undertake general multi-trade works such as basic carpentry, plastering, tiling, or decorating as required.
* Respond to emergency call-outs and complete scheduled maintenance tasks.
* Diagnose issues, recommend solutions, and complete repairs efficiently.
* Provide quotations and accurate updates to supervisors or clients.
* Maintain company tools, vehicles, and equipment in good condition.
* Adhere to relevant safety regulations and operational procedures.
* Deliver exceptional service and support to customers at all times.
Required Qualifications:
* NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing or equivalent experience.
* Proven experience in plumbing and at least one other relevant trade.
* Full UK manual driving licence.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong communication skills and a proactive approach.
* Good problem-solving abilities and organisational skills.
Nice-to-have:
* Unvented (G3) certification or additional trade qualifications.
We will supply a company vehicle to get you around, so you'll be happy working in our communities. You’ll need to be willing and able to take part in an out of hours rota. You’ll also be willing and able to comply with facefit regulations.
