On-going freelance opportunity for a CAD Technician in London, offering a competitive day rate.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a CAD Technician to work with a high end Fit out company on a £60M high end residential scheme in the Oxford Street area. On this project you will be specialising in joinery/kitchen packages.
I am currently assisting a market-leading brand in their search for a CAD Technician to join their team. This is an opportunity to be site-based, with flexibility for some remote working. As a CAD Technician, you will be working closely with the commercial and construction teams and will have full support from a Design Manager and Design Director.
Our client takes pride in the quality of the developments they deliver and has experience with a variety of schemes across London and the South East, including new builds, refurbishments, and fit-outs.
This is an opportunity for a CAD Technician to join the team on a freelance basis, for a minimum of 12 months. They are looking for someone with a strong background in residential projects and experience working with a main contractor.
The ideal candidate for CAD Technician:
- Residential experience
- Extensive CAD experience
- Joinery/Kitchen experience
- Revit experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
