3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities (60-70%) within the retail sector.
4. Respond to and strategise with inbound trade enquiries (30-40%) and act on these!
5. Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive sales growth.
6. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet targets.
7. Collaborate with the sales team to maximise revenue opportunities.
8. Conduct market research to identify trends and potential clients.
9. Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to prospective customers.
10. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
11. Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales performance.
The Successful Applicant
successful Business Development Executive should have:
12. Experience in sales, preferably within the retail industry.
13. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
14. The ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
15. A customer-focused approach with a drive to exceed expectations.
