Requirements
* Proven experience within an Ofsted-regulated childrens home
* Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) Level 5 desirable
* Strong leadership, supervision, and mentoring skills
* Excellent understanding of safeguarding and regulatory frameworks
* Passionate about achieving positive outcomes for children and young people
