About The Role
Reporting to the Senior Director Business Development & Strategic Accounts EMEA for Hilton Supply Management, the Senior Manager, Business Development United Kingdom and Ireland will oversee business development including lead generation, pitch and close out on new business. This newly created hybrid role is office‑based in MapleCourt, our EMEA Head Office in Watford, UK. You will identify, develop, and support strategic international accounts to drive revenue and market‑share growth for HSM. You will be accountable for business development and growth of new business by signing ownership groups, management, and hotel companies on HSM programs. To succeed, you must be a true sales professional that goes beyond just closing a deal. You will proactively manage relationships, build a strong network, and know what good business looks like while being effective within a matrix organization. You’ll work alongside customer engagement teams responsible for day‑to‑day account management and in‑market sales. You will leverage sales and hospitality knowledge, with affinity for supply management, to identify avenues that enhance account profitability and generate new business.

Successful Candidates
* Relevant sales experience in a corporate/matrix organization, preferably B2B with affinity for hospitality and procurement.
* Fluency in English, and preferably one other language.
* Market knowledge and sales experience in the UK and other European countries.
* Ability to travel up to 50%, primarily within the UK.
* Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and win‑win outcomes.
* Highly collaborative and positive mindset, adding value to engagement internally and externally.
