Role Overview
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will play a key commercial role within the Permanent Structures Division, managing a mix of framework agreements and competitively tendered projects. You will be responsible for the full commercial lifecycle of projects, ensuring cost control, value optimisation, and commercial risk management from pre-contract through to final account.

Key Responsibilities
8. Commercial management of multiple modular construction projects across the UK
9. Managing projects secured via frameworks and tenders
10. Preparation and management of budgets, cost plans, and cash flow forecasts
11. Procurement and management of subcontractors and supply chain
12. Valuations, variations, change control, and final accounts
13. Identifying and managing commercial risk and opportunities
14. Supporting pre-construction and tendering activities where required
15. Working closely with Project Managers and operational teams to ensure commercial success
16. Reporting on project performance to senior management

Candidate Requirements
20. Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within construction (modular experience advantageous but not essential)
21. Experience managing projects from pre-contract to final account
22. Strong knowledge of commercial and contractual management
23. Experience working on framework agreements and tendered projects
24. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
25. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
26. Willingness to travel to UK sites as required
27. Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
