What you’ll be doing
1. Build and enable engineering project activities utilising the Salesforce platform.
2. Create and implement resource deployment plans to maximise utilisation, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
3. Collaborate with the Delivery & Governance Leads and Area Managers to review work, delivery timescales, and expectations.
4. Monitor and highlight gaps between customer demand and field capacity/skills, escalating where necessary.
5. Support lifecycle of field project requests, including compliance, in-life management, and performance reporting.
6. Manage planned absences and leave groups, including overrides, sensitive periods, and Christmas schedules.
7. Handle customer escalations and jeopardy-manage capacity issues using all available resourcing solutions.
8. Manage third-party resource requirements and validate costs and FTE for projects.
9. Drive continuous improvement in processes, reporting, and tactical resource planning.
What skills you’ll need
10. Strong experience with Microsoft Excel and Word (essential).
11. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
12. Proven experience in resourcing planning, with strong problem-solving ability.
13. Ability to make key decisions in high-intensity situations, including resource allocation and invoking escalation processes when necessary.
14. Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to build collaborative relationships internally and externally.
15. Customer-focused mindset with a drive for continuous improvement and process simplification.
