Capital Project Manager - Dechra

In this role, you'll manage multiple capital and revenue projects across our manufacturing site—from solid dose and sterile injectables to site infrastructure like HVAC and purified water systems. You'll lead everything from planning and supplier selection to installation, commissioning, and handover.
What You'll Be Doing
* Own full CAPEX project lifecycle: planning, budgeting, execution, and stakeholder management.
* Lead equipment selection, installation, and qualification.
* Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver projects on time, on spec, and on budget.
* Ensure compliance with cGMP, safety, and environmental standards.
* Drive continuous improvement and post-project appraisals.
What We're Looking For
* Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience (5-8 years in project engineering).
* Proven track record in equipment commissioning and CAPEX project delivery.
* Experience in regulated environments (pharma, cosmetics, food, FMCG etc.).
* Strong communicator and problem-solver with excellent planning skills.
* Knowledge of GMP, technical transfer, and equipment validation processes.
