The What...
As a Team Member, you will be at the heart of the customer experience! No two shifts are the same; you might be welcoming customers at reception, hosting parties, or serving food and drinks. Your professional, energetic, and enthusiastic approach will ensure customers have an enjoyable and value-for-money experience.
Team Members are trained across all key areas of the centre to support and add value at every stage of the customer journey. You may also be required to work in the kitchen.
Opening Hours and Shift Patterns
Our centres are open seven days a week, from 9am to midnight. This role involves weekend work (Friday to Sunday). Peak times are evenings, weekends, and school holidays, when we need availability from Team Members.
Typical shift patterns include:
* Weekend AM shifts: 09:00 - 18:00
* Weekend PM shifts: 16:00 - 01:00
Shift times vary by centre and will be confirmed at interview. Under 18s may work until midnight but no later.
We provide thorough induction and ongoing training, with opportunities for career progression, including apprenticeships and management training.
