Ideal Candidate Will
* Hold a relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare
* Have previous experience working in a private nursery or EYFS setting
* Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures
* Be passionate about supporting children’s learning and development through play
* Have experience supporting children with additional needs and adapting activities where required
* Be caring, energetic, proactive, and committed to delivering exceptional childcare
