Operations Maintenance Manager – Telecoms Theale/Home Permanent Are you ready to take the lead in driving preventative maintenance excellence within a fast-paced telecoms environment? We’re looking for an experienced professional to manage supplier performance, enhance service delivery, and implement continual improvement initiatives. If you have a strong background in jeopardy management, telecoms site build, auditing, and stakeholder engagement, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities of the Operations Maintenance Manager include Oversee supplier governance and delivery of planned preventative maintenance, ensuring compliance and service excellence. Collect, analyse, and manage data to enhance operational efficiency and drive continual improvement. Lead stakeholder management across internal teams, shareholders, and senior leadership, ensuring smooth communication and decision-making. Manage governance, risk escalation, and problem resolution to maintain compliance and performance standards. Optimise contracting strategies and implement governance improvements to refine service delivery. Ensure network coverage is preserved and improved in line with business objectives. Lead reporting and data management, including site audits where necessary. The successful Operations Maintenance Manager will have: Extensive experience managing complex telecoms projects in rapidly evolving environments. Proven leadership in overseeing multi-skilled teams and supplier relationships. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and negotiate. Expertise in telecoms infrastructure, build processes, and jeopardy management. Proficiency in Excel and MS Project for project tracking and analysis.
