With offices located in London, Florida and Texas consistent growth has created the need to expand our operations in London.
We are currently looking for an Operations and IT Manager. This role is based full time in our office, based near London Bridge.
This role would sit across two successful and growing recruitment businesses and offers a great opportunity to help shape and improve our middle office functions.
Responsibilities/ Duties will include, but are not limited to:
* Develop and implement IT and operations policies to ensure compliance, security, and efficiency, acting as the primary point of contact for IT and Operations across the business.
* Manage the IT function across the business (with the support of external resource) to ensure that the sales function can run efficiently.
* Monitor and report on IT system performance, and support the business to provide people-related processes across the organisation.
* Manage all supplier partner relationships including IT systems, Internet Provision, Telephony, CRM, Linked In, Job boards, Facilities Management etc.
* Management of an internal CRM system, to ensure compliance, efficiency and best practice is adopted across the business and manage the implementation of updates and improvements on a regular basis.
* Review and manage third party contracts from a commercial and technical perspective, ensuring best value for money.
* Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes from an IT and facilities perspective.
* Manage office leases, utilities, and physical infrastructure in collaboration with finance and legal teams.
* Manage project work on an ad-hoc basis.
* Support the management of offshored suppliers, working as a first line of support to ensure they are efficient and function as required.
Desired skills and experience:
* Good understanding of IT Infrastructure.
* Experience managing SaaS platforms (CRM).
* Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and VoIP systems, and other IT tools, along with the ability to learn new software packages quickly and effectively.
* Experience of vendor and contract management.
* Well organised, disciplined self-starter with a strong eye for detail and the ability to work independently and take initiative.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, good work ethic and highly driven team player.
* Excellent written and spoken English.
* Commercial awareness, with the ability to understand how best value can be achieved in all undertakings.
* Experience in a scale-up, recruitment or SME environment is a plus as well as experience of managing outsourced solutions.
