More about your role

Location: Swindon

You will assist the Site Manager to manage production on site to the agreed programme, budget and quality standards. In addition, you will ensure compliance with all Group procedures and external regulations, in particular those relating to the SHE.

You will play a key role in upholding the Group's reputation with customers, suppliers and the community at large demonstrating our People First approach at every possible opportunity.

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Site Manager who can drive excellence across the site. You also need to be adept at quickly identifying issues and ensuring solutions are followed through to meet customer needs.

You should also possess relevant qualifications such as:
- CSCS Managers Card
- Drivers Licence

In addition, you will possess a proven track record of working as an Assistant Site Manager across a construction or house building environment.
