This is a fantastic opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant with experience in recruiting for contract positions to work alongside one of our highest achieving consultants in our global business and leverage off our existing relationships. This is an opportunity to join a profitable and established Technology & Transformation team, with existing client relationships.
The Role: You will be handing the entire candidate and client life cycle from initial contact to aftercare. Overall you will be focused on delivering timely, ongoing performance with energy, taking accountability for the right outcomes. This includes:
Candidate identification and interviews
Advising and feeding back to candidates
Market mapping of specific candidate pools and head hunting from these
Lead generation through relationship building
Communicating with clarity, conviction and enthusiasm, supporting principles of fairness of opportunity
What we are looking for: This role is suited to a recruitment consultant who has experience in recruiting for contract positions in a 360 recruitment role. Ideally you will have experience in recruiting for technology & transformation positions, although this is not necessary
Have experience in communicating with people in a professional setting
Ideally you will have 3 years or more of recruitment experience, ideally within Technology or Transformation recruitment
Driven and motivated to work in a fast paced environment
You want to be a part of a high performing agency that is culture lead and values every single member of the team
Have excellent communication and level of professionalism
Career Progression and Training: You will begin your role with Investigo with full end to end recruitment training to develop on your already established knowledge. You will have the support of your team and our learning and development function. This includes:
