The WHY
Reporting into the PR & Partnerships Manager, the Senior PR and Partnerships Executive will play a pivotal role in executing impactful influencer campaigns, ensuring seamless coordination across paid and organic activations. The role has ownership of key campaign budgets, overseeing asset distribution, and managing press release materials to maximise brand visibility. With a keen eye for detail, they will lead the development of paid content briefs and ensure all partnerships align with brand objectives. They will lead in Tier 3 events, along with the day-to-day management of the PR & Partnership Executive, will be essential in driving team success and fostering strong influencer relationships. Responsible for reporting and shaping data-driven strategies and optimising future campaigns.
ROLE ACCOUNTABILITY
The WHAT
Responsible for:
* Assisting the Head of PR and PR Manager with executing our channels strategy.
* Identifying, creating, nurturing, and sustaining relationships with partners globally, particularly with fashion creatives and their management, ensuring all contracts are in place and deliverables are met.
* Managing influencer activity across channels including Instagram & TikTok; other channels may be added in future.
* Initiating and negotiating influencer partnerships, from deliverables, rates to rollout.
* Creating briefs and finalising contracts, ensuring outreach adheres to our policies for all influencer campaigns.
* Processing and dispatching influencer orders in a timely manner.
* Managing influencer content delivery, considering deadlines, brand guidelines, and performance.
* Understanding brand guidelines and ASA regulations, ensuring all influencer content complies with protocols.
* Working with the PR and Partnerships Manager to deliver relevant information and creative assets to our PR agencies for press releases.
* Collaborating on event execution for Tier 1 and Tier 2 events.
* Presenting ideas and opportunities to enhance the MERABI brand.
* Supporting the wider marketing team with events and influencer activations as needed.
* Staying updated on trends and opportunities in the influencer landscape, proactively generating ideas.
Accountable for:
* Leading Tier 3 events with support from the PR & Partnerships Executive.
* Managing the new campaign paid budget (£9K per month).
* Collating all press release materials.
* Sharing assets across organic and paid social channels.
* Generating briefs for paid content with managerial approval.
* Managing the daily workload of the PR & Partnerships Executive and supporting their development.
* Contributing to weekly and monthly reports to support the Influencer Manager and Head of Department.
