Purely Automotive Recruitment Ltd are seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join our client based in Knutsford, Cheshire. Our client is one of the largest and most successful dealer groups in the UK. The company operates prestige retail franchised vehicle operations across the UK.
Requirements
We are looking for a time served qualified Vehicle Technician with a formal qualification in Automotive City and Guilds – NVQ / IMI Level 2 or 3, in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Vehicle Diagnostics (or equivalent qualification). Certification to work on HV-Electric and Hybrid Vehicles would be an advantage but not essential. We would also like to consider Master Technicians holding qualifications to a manufacturer level 4 or equivalent qualification for this position.
The ideal candidate will be able to work within given timescales and the ability to tackle all aspects of vehicle repairs and servicing, in-line with the company and manufacturer standards and procedures. Diagnostic skills and experience of vehicle problem solving is essential along with the ability to fix vehicles right first time. Team working and the ability to exceed customer expectations is a big part of the criteria for this position.
