How you will do it As a Senior Electronics Engineer, you’ll play a key role in the design and development of advanced electronic hardware for our next-generation safety and security products. You will: Design robust analogue and digital circuits for mission-critical applications. Lead product qualification through rigorous testing and compliance processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Software, Mechanical, Product Management, and Manufacturing. Support new product introduction and continuous improvement of existing systems. Provide expert-level support to field teams and engage with suppliers and regulatory bodies. Stay ahead of industry trends and contribute to innovation in secure electronics design. Optionally lead small-scale projects and mentor junior engineers. What we look for Essential: Proven experience in electronics design within the security, fire, or safety systems industry. Strong background in digital/microcontroller and analogue circuit design. Familiarity with compliance standards, EMC testing, and product certification. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Desirable: Experience with Field Bus, communication protocols, or Hazardous Area applications. Knowledge of SPICE simulation, programmable logic (FPGAs, CPLDs), or embedded software. Understanding of international standards and type testing. Project leadership or mentoring experience.
