What you will do:
* Support service users from their entry into the service throughout their entire treatment and recovery journey.
* Conduct screenings, assessments, recovery planning, and make necessary onward referrals.
* Promote carer, service user, and community involvement to foster a supportive recovery environment.
* Provide advocacy to ensure service users gain access to partnership services when needed.
* Assist individuals in their social reintegration, promoting recovery and resilience through peer support and self-determination.
