Role overview:
This is a varied and rewarding role where you’ll support pupils across different needs and age groups. No two days will look the same, but you’ll always be part of a supportive team working towards the same goal, helping every child feel valued and capable.
Key responsibilities:
* Support pupils with a range of SEN needs
* Work across both primary and secondary classes
* Provide 1:1 and small group support
* Adapt learning approaches to suit individual pupils
* Support emotional wellbeing and social development
* Collaborate closely with teaching and support staff
Requirements:
* Experience with children or young people is desirable
* A flexible, positive and proactive attitude
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A genuine passion for supporting SEN learners

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
