Female Team Leader
Location:Cheltenham
Salary: £32,760 per annum (£17.50 per hour)
Hours: 36 hours (3x shifts per week)
Shift patterns:7.30 am- 19.30 pm, 19.30pm- 7.30 am
Paid travel expenses:25p per mile/ public transport (bus/train only)
Mandatory Assessment Day Gloucester (21st January 2026 9.00am- 17.00pm)
Requirement:
* Full UK Driving Licence (essential youll enjoy trips out & driving the clients vehicle!)
* Clear Enhanced DBS on DBS update service
* Proven experience supporting individuals with severe challenging behaviour
* Must be resilient, highly confident, and adaptable to change
* Excellent communication skills
* Flexible to attend training by 23rd February 2026
* First shift: 2nd March 2026
