ESG Group are seeking a front end Order Processing Administrator to work in our busy commercial department. You will have work experience in Order Processing, and the technical ability to enable you to assist our customers, with a high level of care. The successful candidate should have a strong eye for detail and enjoy carrying out a high volume of quotation and orders processing, at a rapid pace.
The role will mainly focus on uploading orders / quotes, confidently reading dimensions from drawings with a keen eye for detail to ensure the glass is produced with a right first time approach, satisfying our Customer's needs.
Salary will be discussed at Interview and dependant on experience.
The Customer Services Administrator's job purpose will be responsible for:
* Uploading over 80 orders/quotes a day, confidently reading dimensions from drawings with a keen eye for detail to ensure the glass is produced with a right first time approach.
* Know how to process orders and quotes proficiently for any urgent orders/quotes
* Working to a KPI of at least 80 orders/quotes with a less than 10% error rating. Working in a customer service orientated industry with a positive 'can do' attitude so it's essential that they have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable working in a team environment.
Your Principle accountabilities will be:
* Vetting of customers drawings and orders
* Upload orders and quotes onto the G-trak and the DMS system
* Send orders to out-sourcing and respond to queries and questions that may arise.
* Ensuring all orders are checked within agreed KPI's.
* Ensure the 6-hour KPI has been met to check and batch 90% of all standard orders
* Work to a KPI of at least 80 orders with a less than 10% error rating.
* Ensure all urgent orders are chased through the system and batched to achieve the urgent date.
* Maintaining customer service level standard with current, new, internal and external customers.
* Matching encourage and promote a positive attitude within the team
* Processing delivery notes and invoices
* Investigate and process remake paperwork
* Undertake any administrative functions within the office as and when required.
* Investigate and resolve invoice queries in a timely manner
