Skilled Welder
Location: Telford
Duration: Temporary (ongoing)
Salary: circa £15 - £18 per hour depending on experience
Hours of work: Monday – Friday DAYS
We are looking for a skilled Mig /Tig Welder to join a Telford based fabrications business to provide some temporary cover potentially for the rest of 2025.
You will be working as part of a small fabrications business in a friendly environment.
Main Duties:
* Fabricating specialised stainless-steel components
* Using Mig and Tig welding techniques
* Performing regular Weld quality checks
* Fabricate parts according to specifications, ensuring high-quality standards are met
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to safety protocols
* Inspect finished products for quality assurance, making adjustments as necessary
* Collaborate with team members to meet production goals efficiently
We are looking for someone who has experience in:
* Previous experience and knowledge of both MIG and TIG Welding Techniques is ESSENTIAL
* Experience of working with Stainless Steel and/or aluminum will be ESSENTIAL
* Able to read and interpret technical drawings
* Excellent eye for detail
* MUST be available for an immediate start
