We are seeking an experienced SAP Procurement Lead to support a major SAP S/4HANA transformation programme. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading the procurement workstream, specifically focused on preparing and managing the tendering process for selecting a System Integrator (SI) partner. This role requires deep expertise in SAP procurement processes, strongmercial acumen, and hands-on experience in drafting and managing procurement documentation (RFI's, RFP's tec) for large-scale SAP programmes.
Your new role
1. Lead the procurement workstream for the SAP S/4HANA programme.
2. Develop and manage the end-to-end tender process for selecting a System Integrator.
3. Draftprehensive procurement documentation including: RFI, ITT, evaluation criteria, andmercial terms.
4. Collaborate with legal,mercial, and programme teams to ensure alignment of procurement strategy.
5. Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure they are reflected in tender documentation.
6. Support the evaluation and selection process of SI bids, including moderation and scoring.
7. Ensurepliance with internal procurement policies and relevant public sector procurement regulations.
8. Provide expert advice on SAP vendor landscape, licencing models, and SI capabilities.
What you'll need to succeed
9. Proven experience as a Procurement Lead on large-scale SAP programmes, ideally SAP S/4HANA.
10. Demonstrable experience in writing and managing procurement tender documentation for SAP System Integrator selection.
11. Strong understanding of SAP implementation methodologies andmercial models.
12. Experience working within regulated procurement environments is highly desirable.
13. Experience of working withinplex large-scale environments is essential.
14. Excellent stakeholder management andmunication skills.
15. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
