Job Title Talent Manager - APAC & EMEA Job Description Summary The role will have responsibility for partnering with the APAC and EMEA business to identify, drive and execute talent management and development need and priorities as well as supporting key talent activities across both regions. Job Description Key Responsibilities: Partner with the business to identify and map talent development needs and aligning needs with regional and global priorities Lead and execute talent management processes and initiatives that support and compliment business requirements (engagement survey, talent review, performance management, succession planning, development planning) Generate and conduct analysis of reports including performance metrics Manage and lead change management, communications and facilitate training to educate leaders, managers, and employees on talent management approach & processes Act as a subject matter expert by providing overall talent & development direction and guidance to key stakeholder Work with the People Partners and/or Business Leaders to resolve people requirements and identify organisational opportunities Facilitating learning initiatives in the region, ensuring they are aligned with country and region wide talent strategy & learning plan Act as an escalation point for all talent initiatives Lead the EMEA Region Talent Initiatives (in the absence of VP, Talent International) Performs other related duties as required or requested Knowledge & Experience: Experience in stakeholder management across a wider variety of job levels Experience of acting as an experience business partner and trusted advisor Experience of working in a matrix style business Significant expertise in all talent, learning and organisational development methodologies & tools Commercially savvy & able to connect talent to the needs of the business Communication and presentation skills Skills & Personal Qualities: Stakeholder management Effective Communication Project Management Trusted Advisor Innovative Relationship Oriented Proactive and execution biased INCO: “Cushman & Wakefield”
