Job Description:
We are seeking a Band 6 or 7 Locum Physiotherapist to join our Pelvic Health team, specializing in outpatient care. In this role, you will focus on providing high-quality physiotherapy services to patients with pelvic health concerns, specifically those related to bladder issues
What your responsibilities will be for this Physiotherapy role?
As a Band 6/7 Locum Physiotherapist you will conduct comprehensive assessments of patients presenting with pelvic health conditions, particularly bladder dysfunction, to identify their individual physiotherapy needs. You will develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans aimed at improving patient outcomes and enhancing quality of life. You will provide therapeutic interventions, education, and support to empower patients in managing their conditions effectively. You will monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize recovery and address any emerging concerns. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and coordinated care for all patients. You will maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient assessments, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with professional and organizational standards.
Qualifications and Experiences:
* Must be a registered Physiotherapist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
* Must hold a relevant degree in Physiotherapy.
* Must have significant experience in pelvic health outpatient physiotherapy, specifically in treating bladder patients.
* Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills are essential.
* Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Must be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* Must demonstrate a commitment to providing patient-centered care and improving patient outcomes.
