Service Care Legal are working with a well-regarded, forward-thinking law firm currently expanding their private client. They are now seeking a Private Client Solicitor (4+ PQE) to join their collaborative, partner-led department.
ROLE: Private Client Solicitor
PQE: 4 years’+
Location: South East London
Salary: £60,000 – £80,000 DOE and interview performance

The role offers a clear pathway for progression, exposure to complex and high-value work, and a genuinely flexible working environment. You’ll handle a varied caseload of estate administration matters, including:
1. Probate and estate administration
2. Wills and Inheritance Tax planning
3. Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPA)
4. Deputyship applications
5. Advising clients from instruction through to completion
6. This role involves regular client contact and close collaboration with other specialist teams across the firm.
What We’re Looking For
7. An England & Wales qualified solicitor with at least 4 years’ post-qualified experience in private client law
8. Experience handling probate, wills, LPA, and estate administration matters
9. A proactive and personable approach with strong client-care skills
10. A genuine team player with a positive attitude and commercial awareness
