Salary: £38,000 – £45,000 per annum (45 hours/week)
Holiday: 25 days + bank holidays

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on commercial groundcare machinery
* Deliver onsite service to customers, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of issues
* Communicate clearly with customers, explaining services and providing guidance where needed
* Ensure all work complies with Health & Safety regulations and company standards
* Keep detailed and accurate service records of all work completed
Who We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience as a service engineer in groundcare, agricultural, or similar machinery
* Full UK driving licence (essential for travel)
* Familiarity with IBCOS is a plus, but not essential
* Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Self-motivated, proactive, and confident working independently
