As a Swim Instructor, you will engage, coach, and inspire members of all ages to achieve their swimming goals, whether in one-on-one or group sessions. What You'll Do:
* Engage with members to help them achieve their swimming goals.
* Conduct both individual and group swimming sessions.
* Foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere for all participants.
What We’re Looking For:
* Qualifications: You must hold a Swim England Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification or equivalent.
* A genuine passion for health and fitness.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* A self-starter who takes pride in delivering a great quality experience to our members.
