Job Description
* Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to resolve technical issues promptly.
* Assist customers with troubleshooting hardware and software problems.
* Manage and respond to support tickets in a timely manner.
* Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and applications.
* Escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary.
* Document support processes and solutions accurately.
* Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times.
* Collaborate with internal teams to improve IT support services.
The Successful Applicant
A successful 1st/2nd Line IT Support Engineer should have:
* Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques.
* Experience in providing technical support within the Technology & Telecoms industry.
* Familiarity with common IT software and hardware solutions.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* A proactive attitude and problem-solving approach.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
