Pay & Benefits
* £500 signing‑on bonus
* Guaranteed monthly hours
* £14–£15 per hour (depending on shift and experience)
* Enhanced evening and weekend pay rates
* Overnight care: £125–£135 per night
* Live‑in care opportunities: £130–£145 per day
* 45p per mile mileage allowance
* Holiday pay 12.07%
* Company pension 3% contribution
* Enhanced pay on designated holidays
Role Responsibilities
* Providing high‑quality, person‑centred care tailored to individual needs
* Supporting personal care such as washing, dressing, and toileting
* Assisting with meals, medication, and daily routines
* Offering companionship and emotional support
* Helping with light household tasks to maintain a safe environment
* Monitoring wellbeing and updating care records
Qualifications & Requirements
* Fully caring and compassionate
* Reliable and professional
* Someone who takes pride in delivering high standards of care
* Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
* Available to work every other weekend
* Flexible to work a combination of early mornings, evenings and split shifts
* Available to work at least 15 hours a week
* Eligibility for £500 signing‑on bonus requires availability to suit branch needs and completion of training and probation (bonus paid in two stages: £250 after training and shadowing; £250 after probation)
