Responsibilities
* Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
* Work with individuals and small groups to enhance learning.
* Assist in creating a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
* Help manage behaviour and encourage pupil participation.
* Work closely with teachers, parents, and the wider school community to ensure the best outcomes for pupils.
About You / Qualifications
* Previous experience supporting children in a school or childcare setting (preferred but not essential).
* A genuine passion for working with children and helping them reach their potential.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A proactive and positive attitude with the ability to work well as part of a team.
* Level 3 qualification in Education (preferred but not essential)
