We are looking for a Sales Administrator to support UK sales operations, ensuring smooth processes for large retail customers and contributing to customer retention and growth.
What Youll Be Doing
* Process UK sales orders accurately and efficiently, primarily for large retail customers across both store and online channels.
* Support a National Field Sales team by handling sales administrative tasks, ensuring theyre equipped to spend maximum time in front of customers.
* Proactively contact existing and dormant accounts to promote current offers, special promotions, and new product launches.
* Maintain accurate records, update systems, and assist with sales reporting and analysis as required.
* Work closely with colleagues across departments including logistics, finance, and marketing to ensure seamless service delivery.
What Were Looking For
* Experience working in a sales office, sales administration, customer service, or similar environment.
* A genuine team player with an outgoing personality and a positive, can-do attitude.
* Confident communicator who enjoys engaging with both colleagues and customers.
* Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office and business systems to manage sales data and reporting.
