You will have the ability to deliver a range of QA portfolio, particularly AGILE/Scrum Courses. You will have excellent operational and/or equivalent Consulting experience, with sound knowledge and a proven track record in Project & Programme Management. With a passion, hunger and thirst to deliver quality training to the market, you will have excellent customer facing, interpersonal and communication skills, along with the ability to work independently. About The Person To ensure the delivery of outstanding classroom training and courseware development for all appropriate areas of QA's Agile/Scrum portfolio To generate revenue by undertaking lecturing, consulting and other chargeable work activities as appropriate To achieve the required quality targets as set by the Company and determined by delegate evaluations To maintain a portfolio of high quality courses by taking responsibility for agreed courses. To maintain an up-to-date and flexible skills base through personal development and accreditation activities To complete professional certifications as appropriate To support internal departments with specialist advice and support on an ad hoc basis as required Your Skills & Experience Experience of Managing Software Development Projects and/or an Accredited Agile, SCRUM or equivalent Qualified Wide working knowledge of Agile and Scrum Understanding of the Agile approach to Project management Good Knowledge of Project Management and Applications Development Tools Excellent working knowledge of IT environments Excellent customer facing, presentation, interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to share expertise and experience with others. Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and cope with stressful situations. Willingness to work in different locations throughout the UK and from time to time assignments worldwide. Commercial application of Agile Project/Programme Management and IT expertise in the "real world". Ability to work independently and within timescales dictated by the training schedules Logistically you must be able to travel (including overnight stays) to different locations.
