1. Provenmercial experience working as a Front-End Developer for large,plex organisations.
2. Strong understanding of ReactJS, Redux, Typescript, HTML, CSS tech stack.
3. Previous experience implementing analytics in a web front end using tools such as Adobe Analytics.
4. Strong understanding of state management principles and routing strategies.
5. Proficient in unit testing and Test-Driven Development using Jest or Vitest.
6. Skilled in Git, GitLab workflows, and managing merge requests.
7. Experienced with NPM Workspaces, premit hooks, and build/package/test processes.
8. Solid understanding of consuming RESTful APIs and authentication protocols (JWT, OAuth).
9. Expertise in Reactponent development and tools like Storybook; familiarity with A11y, Azure, and DevOps is a plus.
10. Excellentmunication and stakeholder management skills.
