Overview
Pegasus Group welcome applications for our 2026 Graduate Training Scheme. Join our Biodiversity team in our Bristol office to work on a variety of ecological projects for diverse clients. This scheme offers valuable exposure and a strong start to your career in a supportive training environment.
Please note that due to changes in Government Legislation we are unable to fulfil the remuneration requirements for Graduate level, therefore unable to accept applications from individuals who hold a student or Graduate Visa. We continue to support colleagues at later stages in their career, requiring work sponsored Visas.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for graduates who hold a relevant degree in Ecology or a related environmental discipline and can demonstrate:
* A logical and analytical approach
* Great problem-solving and communication skills
* Ability to use your own initiative and think creatively
Work experience in Biodiversity would be advantageous but is not essential as you’ll be learning your new role on the job with support from our Graduate Training Scheme.
Responsibilities
As Graduate Ecologist, you will work closely with the Biodiversity team to support a range of ecological projects and manage aspects of projects across sectors (infrastructure, residential, commercial, renewable energy). You will contribute to projects with several clients at any given time and provide high-quality advice and service. You will gain experience across a variety of sectors and clients to support your development.
Our Graduate Training Scheme
On joining the Graduate Training Scheme, you will work alongside and be mentored by leading experts, building a solid foundation for your career. You will hear from current graduates about their experiences and opportunities within the scheme.
