We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join us as a Learning & Development Apprentice on a two-year contract. What you'll be doing

Support the planning and delivery of training sessions and development programmes.

Help maintain accurate employee records and assist with reporting.
*
Schedule meetings, prepare materials, and update HR and Learning and Development systems.
*
Respond to basic queries from employees about training and development opportunities.
*
Assist with taking clear and confidential notes during HR meetings, such as investigations or employee relations discussions.
*
Work closely with the HR team to support wider people initiatives including recruitment support when required.
What we are looking for

Interest in a career in Learning and Development.
*
Good communication and organisational skills.
*
Willingness to learn and develop professionally, including completing the Level 3 Learning and Development Practitioner Apprenticeship.
*
Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
*
Ability to work flexibly and as a member of a team.
*
Previous experience as an administrator or qualifications in administration are desirable.

25 days annual leave per annum, plus bank holidays, 3 extra days between Christmas and New Year and 1 wellbeing day per annum.

37 hours per week - employees may be able to work flexibly by agreement with their line manager, taking account of business need. We operate a hybrid working policy at CHP.
