Job Description
Our client as an urgent requirement for a detail-oriented Commercial Accountant to join them on a 6 month fixed-term contract.
Working within the commercial finance team, this role will be provide essential support for the year end process and in other areas and duties will include
* Producing weekly commercial finance packs
* Preparing weekly P&Ls and month end management accounts
* Assisting with balance sheet preparation, forecasting & budgeting
* Reviewing and streamlining weekly P&L reporting
* Balance sheet analysis and review
* Fixed asset review and reconciliation
* Ad hoc project work
This role will suit a qualified accountant who has experience working in a fast-paced role to challenging deadlines. Whilst this will be a visible position working with high profile stakeholders, it also requires an individual who can get into the detail and make adjustments and amendments where necessary.
The initial term of the position will be 6 months but the vision and scope of this business means that there could be longevity beyond for the right person.
This is a site-based role in the main, but there is scope for 1 day from home once you have bedded in to the role. Interviews will be taking place imminently so send your CV for immediate consideration.
