【岗位职责】:
1.主要负责购房后客户物管和家具业务的咨询、转化成单、后续物管起租前的维护；
2.维护良好的客户关系，负责客户接待、咨询工作，深度挖掘客户投资需求:
3.协助售后小组同事和客户建立联系，并配合增值服务（如报税、license、保险等）的转化；
4.协助转售业务，跟进咨询，带看房，匹配合适的房源项目给客户；
5.支配合部门负责人完成业务优化工作并支持其他部门的工作。
Job Responsibilities：
1.Handle client inquiries and convert leads regarding property management and furniture services after property purchase; provide ongoing support before rental begins.
2.Maintain strong client relationships through reception, consultation, and identifying deeper investment needs.
3.Assist the after-sales team in client communication and help convert value-added services (e.g., tax filing, licensing, insurance).
4.Support property resale efforts by following up on leads, conducting property viewings, and matching clients with suitable projects.
5.Work with the department head on business optimization and provide support to other teams as needed.
【任职要求】:
1.大学本科以上学历，具有海外留学经验、英语专业优先考虑;
2.可使用英语，粤语作为工作语言，英语六级及同等水平以上，要求具有英语相关证书，包括但不限于如六级、专四、专八、雅思、托福等;
3.一年以上工作经验，有客户销售工作经验或投资、房地产行业经验优先;
4.具有良好的职业道德，诚实守信，主动细心，有较强的责任心，执行力强，抗压能力好，具有较强的沟通能力;
5.客户服务意识强，能够处理多线任务的能力。
Job Requirements：
1.Bachelor's degree or above; overseas education or English major preferred.
2.Able to work in English and Cantonese; CET-6 or equivalent required. Relevant certifications (e.g., CET-6, TEM-4/8, IELTS, TOEFL) are preferred.
3.At least 1 year of work experience, preferably in customer service, investment, or real estate.
4.High level of integrity, attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, excellent execution, resilience under pressure, and strong communication skills.
5.Strong customer service mindset with the ability to multitask effectively.
