This role is classified as CUK13 and is available on a full-time, fixed-term basis for 21-months. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home. Requirements : What You Need to Succeed Successful candidates will possess: Interest in IT: A genuine passion for technology. Customer Service Experience : Proven ability to deliver outstanding service in a busy environment. Technical Skills : Basic understanding of Active Directory, Lotus Notes, Microsoft Office, collaboration tools like Zoom and Box, and the Windows Operating System. Problem-Solving Skills : Experience in Incident, Problem, and Request Fulfilment disciplines.
