I’m reaching out about an exciting new opportunity for an experienced HR/ER Advisor to join our client’s expanding People and Change Team in Reigate.
To play a pivotal role in supporting managers through a wide range of employee relations matters, while also being at the heart of a once-in-a-generation Local Government Reorganisation (LGR). The role at a glance:
• Hours: 36 per week
• Permanent, £41,500
• Location: Reigate (hybrid working – approx. 2 days per week in the office)
The role will:
• Manage employee relations casework (disciplinaries, grievances, absence, performance)
• Support restructures and TUPE transfers
• Advise on HR policy, procedures, and best practice
• Facilitate change management initiatives
• Provide tailored guidance to managers during organisational transformation
